I'm Jo Ellen, a nervous system regulation coach with a deep passion for supporting individuals who want to reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and build real, lasting resilience.
After spending 10 transformative years in the physical therapy field, I came to understand that healing isn’t just physical—it comprises the entire system. That insight led me to my current mission: helping people regulate from the inside out using science-backed, body-based tools.
My work centers on nervous system regulation, combining somatic awareness, neuroplasticity, vagus nerve stimulation, trauma-informed practices, and polyvagal theory. I guide clients through building capacity, closing stress cycles, and developing a felt sense of safety—so they can feel grounded, empowered, and at ease in daily life.
I also specialize in ADHD coaching. As someone who truly understands the challenges of a busy, nonlinear brain, I help clients with ADHD create nervous system-friendly routines, manage overwhelm, increase executive functioning, and work with (not against) their natural rhythm. This coaching is compassionate, customized, and rooted in both neuroscience and lived experience.
